  • Permanent Makeup, also known as cosmetic tattooing, enhances your natural features by implanting pigment into the skin. Common PMU services include brows (Microshading, Ombre, Nano, or Combo). The results mimic the look of everyday makeup but are long-lasting and smudge-proof.

  • Results typically last 1–3 years, depending on your skin type, lifestyle, and how well you follow aftercare instructions. A touch-up session every 12–18 months is recommended to keep your results fresh and defined.

  • Most clients describe the feeling as mild discomfort rather than pain. A topical numbing cream is applied before and during the procedure to ensure you stay comfortable.

  • Healing usually takes 7–14 days, with full pigment settling over 4–6 weeks. You may experience mild redness, tenderness, or flaking — all completely normal parts of the process.

  • Please avoid:

    • Caffeine, alcohol, or blood thinners 24 hours before your appointment.

    • Botox or fillers at least 2 weeks before your PMU session.

    • Retinol, exfoliants, or chemical peels for 7 days prior.
      These precautions help ensure even pigment retention and smooth healing.

  • Yes — but a consultation is required first to assess your existing pigment and determine if a color correction or cover-up is needed.

  • Arrive with clean skin and no makeup on the treated area. Get a good night’s rest and eat beforehand to keep your blood sugar steady during the procedure.

  • Your touch-up, usually scheduled 6–8 weeks after your initial appointment, refines shape, depth, and color to ensure your PMU looks balanced and lasts as long as possible.

  • Absolutely. All tools are single-use and sterile, and pigments are high-quality, vegan, and approved for cosmetic tattooing. Your artist is licensed, trained, and follows strict sanitation protocols.

  • PMU is not recommended if you are pregnant, nursing, on blood thinners, undergoing chemotherapy, or have certain skin conditions near the treatment area. Always disclose your medical history during consultation.
